B.F.R. 更新履歴 V1.04
Excite Blog対応しました。
rss/atom等のxmlファイルの頭の方に、
ファイル全体の更新日時を表す（と思い込んでいる）日時情報があるのです。
BFR（V1.03まで）では、それを見て、前回取得した日時よりも新しければ、
中身の記事それぞれの更新日時情報を見ていたのですが、
exciteのやつはそれが最新の記事よりも古かったりするんですね。
いろいろあるものです。。
ちゃんと仕様を見るべきか！とも思うけれど、
仕様を満たしていないサイトがあるからって
取得できないfeedがあるのも困り者ですし。
そうやってこのいい加減な姿勢を正当化するものです。
