感動ガーリックトースト+レシピ
ひさびさに、料理ねた。
感動的においしいガーリックトーストができました。
二日連続食べてしまいます。
部屋に入ると空気の質が変わります。
非ガーリック → ガーリック へと。
うまいのでよし。
参考にしたのは、にんにくの料理―意外なレシ...マイライフシリーズ特集版。
にんにく好きにはたまらないレシピ本。
ガーリックトースト以外も熱いです。
それとallaboutのガイド記事。
まぁ少し本から外れ我流を導入したところもあるのでこの写真のガーリックトーストをつくるためのレシピをば。
1. パンは1ピース：フランスパンの1/8。まず長いフランスパンを横方向に1/2に。それを今度は縦方向に1/4に。
一人分：2ピースくらいでしょうか。
2. パンを1-2分、少し硬くなって後述のガーリックソース？を塗りやすいくらいに焼く。
3. 焼いてる間に、みじん切りしたにんにく、レンジやフライパンで溶かしたバター（30g）と、オリーブオイル大さじ2、塩コショウ、を混ぜておく。
4. パンに塗り、今度は写真のような焼き目がつく程度まで焼く。
5. ガーリックトーストのとがったところからかぶりつく♪

ガーリックトーストつくりました。別のHPでは、にんにくの切り口をこするだけでokとのことだったんですが、まったく・・・。
こちらのレシピで、本当に美味しいガーリックトーストができました。
