（２）取得が必要な許可１．機体
超軽量動力機を航空の用に供するためには、耐空証明に代わって機体の安全性等を確認するため、航空法第１１条第１項ただし書きの許可を受けることが必要です。

・ 超軽量動力機又はジャイロプレーンに関する試験飛行等の許可について
・ 自作航空機に関する試験飛行等の許可について２．操縦者
超軽量動力機を操縦するためには、技能証明に代わって操縦者の技量等を確認するため、航空法第２８条第３項の許可を受けることが必要です。
